I created the following presentation and presented this to senior leadership at the company that I am currently consulting at in a PM/IT/business process capacity. The basic idea was to present the basis for a process going forward to better manage the scope of projects and product releases for their external customers going forward. It's basic, but it's a foundation for more detail...and may be helpful for others seeking to implement some structure in an organization hungry for improved processes.

I genericized it -- I removed all company references and changed the company background template to a generic one.
